Winter CSA

Our Winter CSA  is nine weeks long, beginning in late October and ending just before Christmas.   It includes winter squash and root crops, delectable winter greens from our greenhouse, and the occasional frozen or dried good.    Additionally, you can chose to get a loaf of naturally leavened artisan bread each week from Bread from the Earth Community Supported Bakery (CSB).

Veggies available throughout the winter season are:   Kale, chard, braising mix, spinach, lettuce, salad mix, arugula, Asian greens, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, carrots, beets, sweet potatoes, potatoes, celeriac, parsnips, winter squash, radishes, salad turnips, garlic, onions, leeks, dried herbs, and frozen summer veggies.

Bread From The EARTH Community Supported Bakery

Would you like to get a loaf of naturally leavened artisan bread with your CSA each week?  Take advantage of Bread from the Earth's special offer for Full Plate Farm Winter CSA members; 9 weeks of bread for $44.  That's less than $5 a loaf!   We need 15 members to sign up this winter to make it happen, so if you think you'd like to sign up, contact Sarah@BreadfromtheEarth.com to let her know you're interested.  Find out more about Bread from the Earth here, or visit Sarah at the Downtown Evening Market in Brattleboro, Tuesdays 4-7 pm, to sample some bread.
